Roar Lindland climbs to fourth in the championship, just five points from third, after his best Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia weekend so far this season. The first podium finish of 2011 came in the first race.
”It was so nice, we have been so close so many times earlier this year. Everything worked well, the car was perfect and I was able to focus on the racing,” said Lindland.

Lindland impressed by keeping championship challenger Johan Kristoffersson behind him through the first race and secured fourth in the second race.
”We are making progress on all areas, it is extra motivating that I was able to keep Kristoffersson behind me by speed and not by blocking him. I am looking forward to the next race at Knutstorp,” said Lindland.

Prince Carl Philip was second best Flash Engineering driver in the race weekend at Karlskoga with 10th in the first race after a hard fight with team mate Matte Karlsson.
”It was a fun fight. I am so-and-so pleased with the weekend overall, we are going to reload for Knutstorp,” said Prince Carl Philip, who had the fifth fastest time in the first race.

Karlsson finished 11th in the first race in a photo finish with Prince Carl Philip, just 32 thousands of a second separated the both. The second race ended on the first lap with a broken radiator.
”This weekend has had its ups and downs. The positive parts was that I have found a lot in the setup of the car, much thanks to the help of Edward Sandström this weekend. I am a bit disappointed with the results, but my goal for this weekend was to not be over a second from pole and I was six tenths behind,” said Karlsson.
