While the first test day at Knutstorp was held in sunny conditions, the second day was drenched in rain. Despite that, Colin Turkington was pleased.
”I am very happy and pleased with the two days of testing. It was very good to get plenty of miles in the wet, especially as I have little experience of the Yokohama wet tyres,” said Turkington.

Team mate Jan ”Flash” Nilsson was not as pleased with the weather, but was nonetheless pleased with the setup of the car.
”I did not get as much driving as I hoped for. But we have at least got confirmed that the cars work really well with the settings that we have got, both for wet and dry conditions,” said ”Flash”.

Turkington completed a total of 120 laps at Knutstorp and worked hard with his engineer John Morton.
”We have a lot of data to work on now. I am getting up to speed and I have learned a lot. We are going to continue the work here next week on the first official test of the year,” said Turkington.

Flash Engineering heads to Denmark for a test day at Jyllandsringen tomorrow, the very track for the STCC premiere in two weeks.
”Yet another new track and a lot of information to process. I am looking forward to tomorrow,” said Turkington.
