Flash Engineering man Colin Turkington is back in the WTCC and is going to drive the two penultimate rounds of the season.
”I am delighted to be back in the WTCC again and I am looking forward to the race this weekend,” said Turkington.

Turkington made a one-off appearance in WTCC at Donington Park earlier this year during the summer break of STCC and impressed in both races.
”We were the fatest BMW and the fastest independent driver, so I feel confident for this weekend,” said Turkington.

The Northern Irishman is going to race at Suzuka in Japan this weekend, followed by the Tianma track in China two weeks later.
”Both tracks are new for me, just as for everyone else in the championship. I think we have strong conditions to fight for solid results in both races,” said Turkington.

Turkington drove for Flash Engineering in the STCC this year and is currently in discussions with the team to continue racing in Sweden and TTA next season. Turkington is going to drive a BMW for German team Wiechers-Sport this weekend.
